We’ve been supplying dietary supplements for over 35 years, which is a bit longer than many ‘www’ companies whose experience of supplements is often closer to 30 days than 35 years.

GMP of course
All of our tablets and capsules are made in UK factories that are licensed by the MHRA for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals and are therefore using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Nature’s Best was the first mail order company to insist on this standard.

Made in the UK
Our tablets and capsules are made, tested and packed in the UK because our 35 years of experience has taught us that this is the best way to ensure consistent high quality. Some other companies buy bulk tablets from China or India and just pack them in the UK. These can be legitimately described as made in the UK.

Our busy call centre in Kent handles thousands of orders every day, and we pride ourselves of being 99.8% in-stock of all products all the time, with orders turned around within 24 hours of receipt. Our friendly staff will always try their best to help you and rest assured, we don’t use an automated phone system because we hate them as much as you do!

We probably have the largest team of dedicated Nutrition Advisors in the UK, and their job is to answer your questions, not try to sell you anything. They will always attempt to rationalise the products you are taking to help you get best value from the product range. And if you gently twist their arms they’ll send you samples to try!
